I offer a unique type of counseling for both individuals and couples that blends pastoral care, spiritual direction, and Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT). Certain tools and techniques are utilized to best fulfill the customized needs of an individual or couple.

My specialties include:

• Strengthening your spirituality

• Providing you with practical tools to help you live with more joy

I don’t take insurance and all counseling appointments are online, through Zoom. This means you can do the session in the comfort of your own home. Individuals have the option of doing audio only or audio with video.
